Perfect for families! We enjoyed cooking with the fridge and oven, daily cleanings, and a cool treat on New Year's Eve.

10/10
Ope, this place was just fantastic! Super close to Vatican, just a short stroll. The folks who run it were real nice, always ready to help. Had a shared kitchen with espresso, and breakfast goodies each morning. Couldn’t beat that! Just a lil’ cramped at times in the kitchen, but that’s alright. I’d definitely swing back if I’m ever in Rome again!

Convenient public transport access, unique apartment style, well-stocked shared kitchen
The inconsistent hot water supply needed immediate attention!!! Weak water pressure made for an uncomfortable shower experience. The shared kitchen was too congested, and the cleanliness of utensils seemed lacking. Thin walls allowed for excessive noise from other guests!!!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the Vatican, which made sightseeing with our four kids super convenient. Our host, Emilia, was great! She was responsive via WhatsApp and even checked in on us in person on the last day, which made us feel valued.
My children wished there were more activities for families.

I absolutely loved the breakfast options offered every morning, especially the fresh pastries and espresso! The room was cozy, though slightly smaller than expected. I'd definitely come back again!

The location is superb, just a short walk from major attractions. The shared kitchenette is adequately stocked with essentials, and it was nice to start the day with fresh croissants. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. the wooden floors were dirty, and there were issues with the shower pressure and hot water. Additionally, the shared dining area felt cramped with limited seating, which made breakfast less enjoyable.

Strongly recommend for a brief weekend stay
Spacious room, excellent location, with the Vatican just a 10-minute walk away and a shared kitchen stocked with breakfast essentials including fresh pastries and coffee.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location was perfect for exploring. In just a few minutes, I could walk to impressive sights and enjoy local restaurants. I appreciated the option to prepare meals in the shared kitchen. On New Year's Eve, a complimentary hamper was a kind gesture. The staff provided useful information during my stay, making me feel welcomed. I’m looking forward to sharing this hidden gem with friends back in Europe.
The shower pressure was weak, making it hard to have a comfortable experience. The shared kitchenette felt crowded, and there were not enough utensils for everyone during busy times.
